ABOUT US

Combat Punk is more than a skateboard brand. It is a movement, a philosophy, and a global culture built on the belief that struggle creates strength and rebellion becomes purpose. We were founded on the idea that skateboarding is a tool for developing discipline, creativity, loyalty, courage, and leadership. It teaches people to turn pain into power and adversity into identity.

Combat Punk exists for those who fight silent battles, rise through hardship, and refuse to break. We are restoring what skateboarding has lost: its soul, its edge, its mentorship, and its meaning. We are building a culture where style matters more than status, where character matters more than clout, and where every skater becomes a leader on and off the board.

Our universe extends far beyond decks: innovative board engineering, impactful art, apparel with purpose, youth mentorship, a global team of riders, and storytelling that inspires. Combat Punk is not here to be the biggest skate brand — but the most influential.

Combat Punk is a tribe, a culture, and a way to rise.

Turn your pain into power. Build the warrior within. Join the movement!

OUR LEADERSHIP TEAM

Jakob Hardy | CEO

In life, people often focus on their wins - the highlight reels, the trophies, the moments that look good from the outside. But that’s never been their way. They talk about their failures, because that’s where the truth lies. Every time they’ve fallen, been counted out, or had to rebuild from nothing, they discovered who they truly are. Their failures broke them down, stripped away the ego, and forced growth. It’s the part few are willing to show, yet it’s the part that matters most. Their failures aren’t separate from their success - they are their success.

Athan Hilaki | CTO

Athan has been part of Combat Punk since the start, bringing his tech muscle and creative chaos to the brand’s evolution. Working with Jakob since the Model Mutiny and Home Deployment Project days, he’s been behind the code, the builds, and the systems that keep the movement online and alive.

With roots in Information Technology, creative media, and music, Athan bridges the gap between art, skate culture, and technology-building digital platforms that match Combat Punk’s raw, independent spirit. From backend systems to front-end design and content workflows, his focus is making sure the tech runs as hard as the brand rides.
